Eyes On Your Mission Announces 2023 Video Production Grant Winners

Miami Nonprofit and Production Company Donates

$62,500 in Free Video Services to Seven Nonprofits

(MIAMI, Florida) In 2023 the Eyes On Your Mission (EOYM) free video grant opportunity attracted 107 nonprofit applicants. Of them, FIVE innovative nonprofit organizations will receive video production services worth upwards of $10,000-$25,00 each. Annually, the EOYM free video grant empowers community stakeholders with new media production experiences that truly make a difference.

This year, EOYM focused on projects that had a clear vision for what they wanted to achieve. These organizations are up to big things, but have limited budgets, staff prioritized for programs, and lack the bandwidth for communications planning considered integral to for profit businesses. EOYM felt strongly that these candidates would be best supported by free video services, and will have a wider impact with more eyes on their mission.

The 2023 Winners: The Carrie Meek Foundation continues the work of Congresswoman Meek who faithfully advocated for equity and opportunity for people in marginalized and underserved communities. Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship and Cristo Rey Miami High School will also all be receiving free services, which will coincide with EOYM’s Fall 2023 “Filmmaking for Good” Virtual Training Intensive, which those three nonprofits will be facilitating directly with their young people. Matching grant winners include Lotus House Shelter, and Boys & Girls Club, Martin County. The Lotus House said it best after working with them previously saying, “The video Eyes On Your Mission made continues to make a lasting impact on our outreach efforts and helps amplify the marginalized voices and stories of the women and families we serve.”

Eyes On Your Mission helps nonprofits with digital storytelling to illustrate their successes and articulate their impact in vivid detail for potential funding, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and board members. The EOYM team, led by Jessica Kizorek, provides rich media creation and training that supports community changemakers and their initiatives. VISIT: EyesOnYourMission.org/grants

Eyes On Your Mission Unveils 2023 Video Production Grant Recipients

Miami Nonprofit and Production Company Generously Donates $62,500 in Valuable Video Services to Seven Deserving Nonprofits

MIAMI, Florida — Eyes On Your Mission (EOYM) is proud to announce the winners of its highly competitive 2023 Video Production Grant, an initiative that drew an impressive 107 nonprofit applicants. From this pool, FIVE visionary nonprofit organizations have been selected to receive video production services valued at $10,000 to $25,000 each. EOYM's annual Video Production Grant empowers community organizations with transformative media production experiences that bring their missions to life.

In the spirit of making a meaningful impact, EOYM's focus for this year's grants was on nonprofits that demonstrate a clear vision for their objectives but operate within limited budgets, with staff primarily dedicated to program delivery, and often lacking the resources for effective communication strategies—something vital for nonprofit sustainability. EOYM believed that providing these organizations with free video services would amplify their missions and bring broader attention to their causes.

Meet the 2023 Grant Recipients:

The Carrie Meek Foundation: Continuing the legacy of Congresswoman Carrie Meek, this organization passionately advocates for equity and opportunity in marginalized and underserved communities.

Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE): NFTE empowers young minds with entrepreneurship education, equipping them with essential skills for a bright future.

Cristo Rey Miami High School: This institution is dedicated to providing quality education and career preparation to students, paving the way for their future success.

Additionally, NFTE and Cristo Rey Miami High School will collaborate with EOYM during the Fall 2023 "Filmmaking for Good" Virtual Training Intensive, enriching their young participants with valuable filmmaking skills.

Reflecting on their partnership with EOYM, the Lotus House Shelter praised the lasting impact of the video produced, stating, "The video Eyes On Your Mission created continues to make a lasting impact on our outreach efforts, amplifying the marginalized voices and stories of the women and families we serve."

Jessica Kizorek: The Digital Wizard Behind the Camera & Behind the Curtain

South Florida's Visionary Marketer Weaves Magic in Marketing and Philanthropy

In the world of marketing, where every brand vies for the spotlight, Jessica Kizorek stands as a true magician. With a career spanning over two decades, she has mastered the art of making audiences not just beg for more but also shed tears of genuine emotion.

Jessica's journey into the realm of digital wizardry began in 2001 when she founded Two Parrot Productions. It was a time when the internet was still finding its footing, and the potential of online video was largely untapped. Undeterred by the challenges, Jessica forged ahead, pioneering innovative ways to use video for storytelling.

Fast forward to 2015, and she embarked on a new mission, founding Eyes On Your Mission. This nonprofit organization became her canvas for creating impactful videos that would change lives. Jessica's vision was clear: to make people feel things in this increasingly digital world.

One might wonder how she accomplishes this feat—making people cry, laugh, and, most importantly, connect with a cause. The answer lies in her obsession with new technology and communications tools.

On October 25th, Jessica will take the stage at the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association, where she will mesmerize the audience with insights into her unique approach to marketing, with a focus on GIFs and GIPHY.com. Her presentation will be a testament to her relentless pursuit of innovative ways to communicate in a world where attention spans are fleeting.

To understand Jessica's magic, it's essential to grasp her nuanced goal: to make people cry. In a society inundated with information, where genuine emotions often take a backseat to digital noise, Jessica stands as a beacon. She believes in the power of storytelling to create emotional connections and inspire action.

"We want to make people feel things in this digital world," Jessica emphasizes. Her work is not just about generating clicks or likes; it's about creating a profound impact.

But there's more to Jessica's magic than meets the eye. Behind her captivating storytelling lies a formal brain science. She understands the psychology of giving, and she leverages it to drive support for charitable causes.

"When donors write checks for charities, we hope to give them the same pleasure as ordering at Amazon.com," Jessica explains. Her approach is a fusion of empathy and strategy, making the act of giving as rewarding as any online shopping experience.

In the world of marketing, Jessica Kizorek is akin to the Wizard of Oz, the mastermind directing all those community videos from behind the curtain. Her creations evoke genuine emotions, inspire action, and drive change.

So, the next time you're moved to tears by a nonprofit's video or find yourself deeply connected to a cause through digital storytelling, remember that there's a digital wizard at work—a visionary named Jessica Kizorek, who has dedicated her life to making us all feel a little more human in the digital age.

Jessica Kizorek: The Wizard Behind the Curtain Making Hearts Weep with Digital Magic

South Florida Interactive Marketing Association Speaker Unveils the Secrets of Emotional Marketing

In the world of digital marketing, where attention spans are fleeting and messages are often lost in the noise, there exists a modern-day wizard who possesses the power to make hearts weep and emotions flow through the screen. Meet Jessica Kizorek, the enchantress behind the curtain, who has been weaving her magic since 2001 when she founded Two Parrot Productions and later, in 2015, Eyes On Your Mission.

Jessica's journey into the realm of digital storytelling began with the establishment of Two Parrot Productions, a venture she embarked on in 2001. Her passion for the power of visual communication led her to create compelling narratives that resonated with audiences, setting the stage for what would become her lifelong mission. In 2015, Jessica founded Eyes On Your Mission, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping other nonprofits and community organizations harness the full potential of digital media. It's here that Jessica's unique brand of magic truly shines. Her commitment to making people feel things in this digital world is at the core of Eyes On Your Mission's mission.

On October 25th, Jessica Kizorek will grace the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association (SFIMA) as a speaker, bringing her wizardry to the forefront. The topic of the day? Marketing with GIFs and GIPHY.com, a testament to Jessica's obsession with new technology and communication tools. But her presentation will be more than just a lesson in marketing—it will be a masterclass in the art of evoking emotions.

From "Make Them Beg" to "Make Them Cry": Jessica's journey has evolved from making audiences beg for more to making them shed tears of joy and empathy. She is the modern-day Wizard of Oz, directing the creation of community videos that touch hearts and inspire action.

But what sets Jessica apart from the ordinary is her nuanced approach. Her goal isn't just to make people cry; it's to make them feel deeply and authentically in a digital landscape often devoid of genuine emotion. Behind her work is a formal understanding of brain science and the psychology of giving.

"When donors write checks for charities," Jessica explains, "we hope to give them the same pleasure they get from ordering at Amazon.com." It's about creating a seamless and emotionally resonant experience, where every click, every view, and every interaction leaves an indelible mark.

Jessica Kizorek is more than a marketer; she is a digital magician who weaves narratives that touch the soul. Her journey from Two Parrot Productions to Eyes On Your Mission reflects a commitment to making the digital world a place where emotions thrive, and giving becomes an act of joy. In a world where technology often disconnects us, Jessica Kizorek is the bridge that brings us closer, one tear at a time. She is the wizard who reminds us that in the realm of digital marketing, it's not just about making them beg for more; it's about making them cry tears of inspiration, compassion, and hope.
