Filmmaking For Good is an innovative new curriculum and virtual learning platform that empowers educators to teach their students how to make short videos about the social causes and nonprofit initiatives they are passionate about.

Students will learn tangible skills from video professionals while contributing to their community
Students, interns and facilitators gain valuable professional development and exposure to career paths in media production
We deliver a variety of coursework to both students and the educators who teach them. Some of our programs are meant to be completed in real life, while other variants can be completed individually, self-paced, and 100% virtually.
FFG is a project-based STEAM experience aligned with state core education standards and can be delivered inside of A/V Technology, TV Production, Visual Arts, Journalism, Communications, Social Media or Marketing classes.
I personally work in social media but I have never done a project for a social cause. EOYM gave me the opportunity to develop my resume because of all the insight I learned. I also found nonprofits in my area while researching and volunteered my time.
